A far cry from Beaujoais! A great Gamay with perfect balance.

Garnet red in colour with purple reflections. It boasts an intense nose with notes of freshly crushed red fruits and white pepper. Lush on the palate with fruity aromas and elegant tannins. A refined finish with mild acidity and light minerality.

Vinification
Manual harvest. Whole cluster maceration, vinification is done with wild yeast in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is racked and then left to age in stainless steel for four to five months.
