Viña Sierras de Bellavista emerged in the early 2010s with the conjunction of two individuals united by passion and conviction: Jacques Ergas and Camilo Rahmer.

Both lifelong “Sierrinos” with a heart set on contributing to the progress and valorization of the place and its history, they decide to undertake the challenge of creating the first mountain vineyard in the Colchagua Valley, with an unwavering focus on premium quality and wines with a sense of origin.

After jointly deciding to take on this challenge, the initial technical studies showed that the soil and climate characteristics were optimal for the cultivation of cold climate varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. And time has proven them right.

Today, a decade after that dream touched ground, Viña Sierras de Bellavista is internationally recognized for the quality and originality of its cold mountain wines, pioneers and unique in style in the Colchagua Valley. Currently led by Igal Ergas and Gianfranco Gamelli, the next generation in the management of Sierras de Bellavista's progress, this luxury winemaking project is poised to establish itself as a vineyard with an international perspective, situated at the foot of the majestic Andes, where its grapes are born in the magical conjunction of landscape, its people, and passion for wine.
