Vinification
Manual harvest. Grapes are sorted a second time in the winery to assure only the best grapes are used. After selection, the grapes are pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks where they are left to ferment for about 30-40 days. After fermentation, the wine stays in the stainless-steel tanks for 6 months until bottling.
