Jack Sporer makes natural wines at a cooperative custom crush facility called Magnolia Wine Services. Fresh Wine Co / FRES.CO sources grapes from Sonoma Valley, and works with growers to transition towards regenerative agriculture. Fresh Wine Co works closely with likeminded farmers to transition vineyards in the Sonoma Valley to organic and regenerative practices. The regenerative farming movement prioritizes soil and environmental health and commits to paying fair wages.  In return, the growers work to nourish both soil and vine, yielding grapes that ferment easily into fresh tasting wines. 

The wine is made naturally, with native yeast and without fermentation aids. The goal is to make natural wines that have a positive impact on the watershed, environment, and community.
