Vinification
A hand crafted wine completely vinified in French & American oak barrels. The grapes were picked, selected, crushed and introduced into barrels by hand. Maceration, fermentation and aging in the same barrels. Aging for 20 months in 50% new and 50% 1 year old oak barrels.
