Vinification
After a careful selection of bunches in the vineyard and the cellar, the wine is stainless steel fermented for 15-20 days at 16-18°C. No malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged on its lees for 6months in stainless steel vats. The wine is further aged 2 years in bottles before release.
