The wine is named after the light rain “Calabobos” that is characteristic of Rias Baixas. On the nose, notes of aromatic herbs, anise, white flowers, ripe citrus, and orchard fruits. Mineral saltiness, balanced acidity.

Vinification
After a careful selection of bunches in the vineyard and the cellar, the wine is stainless steel fermented for 15-20 days at 18°C.The wine is then aged on its lees for 12months in concrete eggs. The wine is further aged 2 years in bottles before release.
