Viladequinta

Adega O Cabalin · Valdeorras, Spain

This wine is a field blend which originates from three small plots planted on very steep, poor slate soils at 750m above sea level.

The nose is concentrated with black berries and savory notes such as black olives, tobacco leaves, black pepper and pencil lead (graphite). On the palate the wine has bright flavors of blackberries, cherries, red currants, raspberries and wild strawberries. The full body structure is balanced by acidity.
