Torrontes as it is known today, most likely originated in Argentina.
In Cafayate it has found its truest and finest expression. Highly-aromatic dry white wine with dazzling aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossoms, lavender, geranium and rose petals.

Vinification
Manual harvest and berry selection in the early hours of the morning. Grapes are destemed. Pigeage, pressing and early cold clarification.
Aging on fine lees for 6 months. 40% of this wine is aged in used
oak barrels for 6 months, witch lends body and structure.
