This 100% Chardonnay, is naturally made with no oenological products added. Golden yellow color, with expressive nose of ripe yellow fruits. On the palate the wine is rich, with flavors of white flowers, ripe apricot and peach. Great tension and minerality.

Vinification
Slow and gentle pneumatic pressing. Cold settling, native yeast. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation (16-18°C) Malolactic fermentation follows. Matured on fine lees for 10 months. No SO2 added.
