Cariño comes from an old plot of Carignan next to the estate in Argelliers. Light extraction gives a bright wine with juicy red fruits, red cherry, and hints of fennel.

Vinification
Grapes are partially destemmed. Grapes are then placed in stainless steel tanks, with no intervention for about 15 days. Fermentation starts naturally with indigenous yeast. Grapes starts bursting naturally, liberating sugar and allowing for a slow fermentation without a lot of extraction.The wine is lightly fined, and unfiltered. No oenological product added.
