Capitán Fanegas Tinto is a wine of great concentration with intense red and black fruits from tempranillo, combined with delicate floral aromas typical of the Graciano variety. It is a powerful wine, with silky tannins and bright acidity.

Vinification
Manual harvest. Grapes selected in a sorting table and destemmed; then they are placed in concrete tanks manually. Controlled alcoholic fermentation in a temperature range of 26º-28º with natural yeast. Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.
