Cuvée Paul is a blend of the best barrels of the Domaine. It is an outstanding Syrah that was completely destemmed and aged in used barrels. It shows meatiness, black currants, peppery spice, and delicate oak spice. It is a medium-bodied wine, focused, with ripe tannin and a complex personality.
