This wine show the delicacy and charm of Petit Manseng with balanced aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and lychee, citrus, and stone fruits like apricot. The wine is balanced by a fresh acidity, and an orange zest tanginess.

Vinification
Direct pressing (grapes are not destemed). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at cold temperature. Fermentation with indigenous yeast only, for 14 days. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months, including 3 months on the lees. Light filtration before bottling.
