Fleurie is located at the center of the ten Beaujolais Cru, on the Western side of the Beaujolais hills, allowing the vineyards to benefit from warm morning sunshine during growing season. The wine is silky, supple with delicate floral aromas, and bright aromas of blueberry and red fruits. Tannins are delicate and integrated.

Vinification
Whole Bunche carbonic maceration for 10 days. Cold fermentation 18°C. Pneumatic press for gentle extraction of fruit and fine tannins. Alcoholic fermentation finishes in foudre of 50hl followed by malolactic fermentation.
