Parajes White
César Márquez Pérez · Bierzo, Spain
This is a barrel fermented godello, with concentrated aromas of ripe pear, honeysuckle, white flowers and subtle nuttiness and bee's wax. Great tension, and creaminess on the palate. The wine is sourced from a number of villages around the Bierzo appellation in order to paint a snapshot of the region each vintage.
