Chablis Grand Cru VAUDÉSIR

Baudouin Millet · Burgundy, France

Vaudésir is one of the seven Climats of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, nestled in a natural amphitheatre. Its soil contains a significant amount of clay. The subsoil remains classic with Kimmeridgian marly limestone.

The wine is fleshy with power and tension. The nose reveals complex aromas of rhubarb and acacia. The palate shows concentrated flavors of brioche, coconut, toasted almonds and white flowers with bright acidity and hints of salinity.
