Light gold color with green highlights. The nose is very fresh, lively and mineral with flint, green apple, lemon, underbrush and field mushroom. On the palate the Chablis shows aromas of lime, mint, acacia and freshly-cut hay.

Vinification
The grapes were pressed as whole clusters and the juice was chilled for 24 hours prior to being racked at 10C. Wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (between 18ºC and 20ºC) for 18 days. Then malolactic fermentation takes place. Wine is left on fine lees for several months (3-4 months). Wine is lightly filtered before bottling.
